Who is responsible

Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, optional company name and the information in your message. The form also records the website language, the selected starting point, the page URL, the source and the version of this notice so that I can understand and respond to your enquiry.
The purpose is to reply, clarify what you need and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or take other steps you request before a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. A separate marketing consent is therefore not requested, and contact details submitted here are not added to a newsletter or used for automated marketing.
Technical operation and spam prevention
The website uses a hidden anti-spam field, a minimum completion time and submission controls. Hosting and form services may process connection data such as IP address, time, browser information and request logs where necessary to deliver and secure the service. The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or HubSpot tracking cookies.
Service providers and international transfers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. HubSpot receives form submissions and stores the resulting enquiry in the CRM. Google may process data used in email communication. These providers act under their applicable data-processing terms. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the provider must use a recognised transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate safeguards.
How long the data is kept
Enquiry data is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so that the conversation can be followed up and documented. It may be deleted sooner if it is no longer needed. If an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant records may be retained for longer where accounting, tax or legal obligations require it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant legal conditions apply. Email [email protected] and describe your request. If identity needs to be verified, only the information necessary for that purpose will be requested.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

This website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Links to external websites, such as LinkedIn, open services with their own privacy and cookie practices.
